ワークプレイスマネジメントとは

不動産業界というと売買仲介やプロパティマネジメント(PM)アセットマネジメント(AM)をイメージされる方が多いかもしれませんしかしJLLのWorkdynamics法人事業部は企業のオフィス環境全体を戦略的に運営最適化する総合サービスを提供しています

具体的には:

• オフィスの日常運営管理(ファシリティマネジメント)

• ワークプレイス戦略の立案と実行

• 従業員エクスペリエンスの向上

• スペース活用の最適化とデータ分析

• ベンダーマネジメントとコスト最適化

• プロセス改善とデジタルトランスフォーメーション

このインターンシップではクライアント企業のオフィスに常駐し実際のワークプレイス運営の最前線で業務を経験していただきます

インターンシップで経験できる4つの業務領域

1. デリバリー&プロセス改善

• クライアント先での既存のワークフローやプロセスを評価し科学的手法を用いて改善機会を特定します

• デリバリー戦略とベンダーパフォーマンス管理プロセスに焦点を当てます

• メンターと協働してプロセスを洗練し継続的改善を推進します

• 徹底的な分析に基づいた実装ロードマップを作成します

2.ビジネスマネジメント支援

• クライアント企業で実施されている定例レビュー会議や業務プロセスを理解し改善点を見つけます

• 各部門の責任者(例:清掃管理担当セキュリティ担当設備管理担当など)と協力して改善策を実行に移します

• オフィス運営に関わる様々な部門(総務ITなど)の担当者と連携し部門間の情報共有や連携強化をサポートします

3. 利用者対応とサービス改善

• クライアント企業の重要な関係者(施設管理責任者各フロアの総務担当者など)と良好な関係を築きます

• オフィスで働く従業員がどんな場面でサービスに接しているか(会議室予約設備トラブル報告清掃依頼など)を把握し各サービスの担当者と協力してデータを分析し改善点を見つけます

• ヘルプデスクに寄せられる問い合わせ内容や対応時間などのデータを分析し数字に基づいた改善策を提案実施します

4. プログラムマネジメント

• 全体的なプログラム計画を作成し実行フェーズのガバナンスをサポートします

• 報告プロセスを確立し完了まで詳細な進捗レポートの共有を支援します

• 確立されたタイムラインとプログラム期待値を満たす高品質な成果物を提供します

応募資格必須要件:

• 2027年卒業予定の大学生または大学院生

• ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き会話)

• 主体性とチームプレイヤーとしての資質

• クライアント先でのオンサイト勤務が可能な方

求める人物像:

• 情熱誠実性批判的思考力/分析力を持つ方

• 柔軟性/適応力があり継続的学習マインドセットを持つ方

• 優れた組織力があり複数タスクを独立して優先順位付けし期限内に完了できる方

• 優れた文書作成口頭コミュニケーション能力を持ち顧客や同僚と良好な関係を構築できる方

• MS Office(特にExcelPowerPoint)に習熟しレポートプレゼンテーション作成が得意な方

待遇時給1500円

就業時間フルタイム平日90018:00 休憩1時間

休日土日祝日

インターンシップ期間8月3日月9月30日2カ月を予定
