Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Finance Professionalto join our Subsidiaries Controlling Team at the Technogym this role you will act as a key financial partner for our international subsidiaries supporting performance management operational excellence and strategic decision-making across multiple geographies. You will leverage your strong analytical background business acumen and leadership mindset to drive value creation enhance financial discipline and support the execution of Technogyms global strategy.

Your Impact

  1. Conduct monthly financial performance analysis covering actuals forecasts and budget focusing across all the financial statements.
  2. Identify key variances trends risks and opportunities translating complex financial data into clear actionable insights for both local management and Headquarters.
  3. Support and challenge monthly business reviews with subsidiary leadership highlighting financial performance risks and opportunities to headquarters management.
  4. Contribute to specific continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives working directly with subsidiaries to identify opportunities and implement concrete actions for optimizing profitability working capital and cash generation.
  5. Control the monthly closing cycle of the subsidiaries ensuring accuracy consistency timeliness and compliance with reporting standards.
  6. Act as a catalyst for change partnering with subsidiary finance managers to implement financial best practices improve process efficiency and drive financial discipline.
  7. Contribute to business cases financial evaluations scenario analysis and other ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  8. Support the preparation of materials for Top Management and other key stakeholders.
  9. Ensure a strong on-the-ground presence travelling regularly to subsidiaries (around 2 weeks per month depending on business needs) to reinforce financial governance support local teams and ensure effective execution of improvement actions.

About You

  • 10 years of progressive experience in Finance within multinational organizations with a strong end-to-end background across Planning & Controlling Finance and Administration / Accounting
  • Masters Degree in Economics Finance or a related field.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in financial performance analysis with a deep understanding of P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow mechanics.
  • Demonstrated track record in leading operational improvement projects with measurable financial impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and BI tools is essential.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Solid project management skills capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Passion for Sports Enthusiasm Humility Pro-activity and a strong Ethical framework complete the desired profile.
