Sr. Creative Executive

Amazon Prime Video is seeking a proactive and highly organised Sr. Content Development Executive for the Italian Originals team. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help build a pipeline of projects aligned with audience and content strategy. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Amazon Prime Videos mission to shape the future of Italian digital entertainment while working in a fast-paced creative environment.
The role focuses on overseeing content development and production through efficient coordination administrative tasks and project management. The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills managing everything from pitch intake to project development and delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders in Italian media industry.


Key job responsibilities
Read incoming pitches organize external story narration and internal pitch discussions and communicate interest or declines.
Schedule narrations book meeting rooms and coordinate entry/OTP with the GREF team.
Ensure content standards are met for new pitch submissions.
See through all creative aspects of a title from development to launch by co-ordinating and communicating with internal and external stake holders.
Serve as the first point of contact for cold calls and pitch inquiries from industry contacts
Organize archival content in Box folders and develop a system for production teams to manage ongoing data
Maintain a comprehensive database of creators production companies and insights from show learnings
Track title search requests and follow up on their progress
Generate reports on pitch pipeline health genre trends and slate performance for the Creative Team and other departments such as PR
Oversee the smooth execution of administrative processes ensuring effective multitasking across multiple projects and deadlines.
Work with IT Head of Scripted and SEU Head of Originals to ensure vision and scope of the pipeline is consistent delivered in time and with premium quality.

About the team
The applicable collective agreement for this role is Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at quadro depending on the candidates skills competences and experience.



The minimum gross annual base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours the salary will be pro-rated.


Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level depending on the candidates skills competencies and experience. Amazons package may include a sign on addition the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by USA.


Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable depending on skills and requirements.

In addition to statutory benefits and those applicable to the relevant CBA company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.


Italy - EUR 69000 gross annually.


- Extensive creative executive experience
- Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production
- Creative experience in a proven production company or network with previous development or current programming in the various genres of scripted television and film experience
- Fluency in English and Italian

- Bachelors degree in film business media or production
- AI certification
- BA/legal basic knowledge
- Knowledge of the IT soft money models
