What will your role be 

We are looking for aQuality Manager to perform the following activities: 

• Lead quality management activities within industrial manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN 5S FMEA QRQC and 8D methodologies.
• Manage non-conformities corrective actions and supplier quality performance.
• Monitor quality KPIs and implement actions to improve product quality and operational performance.
• Provide technical expertise in metallurgy welding assembly dimensional inspection NDT and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for in you Experience and competencies 

• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering including metallurgy welding assembly dimensional inspection non-destructive testing (NDT) and hydraulic systems.
• Proven experience in Quality Management within complex industrial organizations.
• Hands-on knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methodologies including Audits LEAN 5S FMEA QRQC and 8D.

Soft skills: 

• Strong problem-solving analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Languages: 

• Italian (Fluent) 
• English (fluent oral and written)
