Field Service Engineer Europe

Job Summary

To join the EU field service team for installation commissioning and testing of rotating machine monitoring equipment with international OEM utility and industrial customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect data at customer premises
• Supervise and/or execute installation and commissioning of monitoring equipment
• Conduct user training
• Provide technical support to customers and internal departments
• Write reports
• Travel within the EU (5075%)

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably in rotating machines) or
• Apprenticeship in electrical program focused on high voltage rotating machines
• Senior-level experience is an advantage
• Strong MS Office skills with basic IT/networking knowledge preferred

Experience

• 510 years of relevant experience (rotating machines utilities or industrial maintenance)
• Experience with power diagnostic tools and electronic test equipment

Communication

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Ability to write detailed reports and deliver training
• Cultural awareness and adherence to safety protocols
• Strong customer focus

Languages

• English (fluent)
• Italian (fluent)
• Additional European languages are a plus
