Job Summary

On behalf of a leading Italian Foundation we are seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant & Event Coordinator. This role is central to the organization of a world-class annual prize and involves high-level coordination between the Presidency international academic juries and the communication department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prize Management: Full oversight of the annual call for proposals ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serving as the primary point of contact for European professors scholars and high-ranking institutional figures.

  • Executive Support: Strategic agenda management for the President drafting official reports and handling institutional correspondence in English and Italian.

  • Event & Communication Liaison: Collaborating with the marketing team for the promotion and organization of the award ceremony.





Requisiti


  • 5 years of experience in similar roles within structured organizations foundations or academic institutions.

  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level) is a mandatory requirement for managing international relations.

  • Meticulous organizational skills and the ability to work with high-profile stakeholders.

  • Strong ethical standards and discretion.
