About the role
As our ECommerce Executive you will play a key role in delivering peak trading performance for one of our priority EMEA markets during the most commercially critical period of the year. This is a 4month fixed-term contract starting in September focused on supporting our Black Friday task forceexecuting high-impact trading activity across and key third-party platforms.
Operating at the intersection of trading merchandising and digital execution you will translate plans into precise on-site deliveryensuring every promotion product placement and customer journey is optimised to drive conversion and revenue.
You will:
Execute the local trading and promotional calendar across and selected third-party platforms
Own day-to-day website merchandising including product positioning campaign pages banners GWPs and promotional messaging
Support Black Friday and peak campaign deliveryensuring flawless on-time execution under tight deadlines
Perform daily website audits and health checks to ensure accuracy (pricing stock content) fix issues (e.g. 404s) and maintain a premium customer experience
Work with CMS tools to update and maintain site content ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Support SEO and onsite search optimisation to improve product visibility and traffic quality
Monitor performance using analytics tools identifying trends risks and opportunities to optimise conversion and sales
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Trading Supply and central teams to ensure aligned execution and strong commercial outcomes
React quickly to trading performanceadjusting merchandising promotions or content to maximise results during peak
Support third-party platform execution ensuring content pricing and promotions are aligned and competitive
About you
Experience in E-Commerce digital trading or online merchandising
An understanding of E-Commerce fundamentals (trading merchandising promotions)
Experience with CMS platforms; Magento AEM or similar is a plus
Analytical mindset; exposure to Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Highly organised detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
Proactive and action-oriented; solves problems in real time
Strong communicator; collaborates effectively across teams
Commercially aware; focused on driving conversion revenue and experience
Resilient and adaptable particularly during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday)
Hands-on execution-focused; thrives in fast-paced high-pressure environments with strong attention to detail speed and ownership
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
