What Youll Do
Across phases you will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment. This role is designed to grow well-rounded AI professionals witha solid foundation in software engineeringto bring models into production.
Contributing directly to the development of IONs products from requirements through to delivery
- Design develop train evaluate and iterate on Machine Learning models and Generative AI solutions
- Work withLanguage Models (LLMs) and related techniques (e.g. prompt engineering RAG embeddings fine-tuning evaluation)
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative high-impact products
Solving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable efficient solutions
What Were Looking For
Masters degree in a STEM discipline obtained within the last year or currently in progress with a strong academic record
Programming experience in one or more of: Python Typescript JavaScript
Strong communicator collaborative by nature and fluent in English (B2)
Based in Italy or willing torelocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
