Receptionist Student Temp Position

Were looking for an enthusiastic person to work in a dynamic and lively work environment in a strategic location at the Wix Campus.

In your day-to-day you will:
Help maintain workplace security by issuing checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
Assist colleagues with a range of administrative tasks
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
Answer forward and screen phone calls
Provide excellent customer service

This is a part-time student position requiring 5 days a week 4 hours a day (15:0019:00 or 08:0012:00). Flexibility with timings is required.

Qualifications :

A student with at least 1 year of studies remaining
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Proven work experience as a receptionist front office representative or similar role
Resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Fantastic multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
A customer service attitude with positivity empathy effective communication and proactivity
