Front Desk Associate Reception
Job Summary
The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact at the campus responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience to employees visitors and external stakeholders while supporting daily operations.
The role includes managing the reception area coordinating visitors handling employee requests overseeing deliveries and communications and ensuring security and compliance procedures are followed.
Additionally the position supports company events and new employee onboarding working closely with HR IT and security teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Requirements:
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in front desk / administrative / service roles advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of service orientation and multitasking ability
- Hebrew native level; English strong proficiency
