Your role at SKE
- Providing support to our customers (specialist personnel PV installers) and SKE partners for all technical questions related to the Huawei photovoltaic product portfolio and PV system solutions
- Handling technical support requests as an expert including recording and documenting them in the ticketing system
- Assisting with commissioning e.g. of inverters or battery solutions via phone or email
- Initial analysis and troubleshooting of faults in PV systems and communicating solutions to our customers and partners
- Supportingcustomereventsand tradefairsasatechnicalpointofcontact
