Your unique talents will help patients on their journey to wellness. Learn more at are looking for the new Technical Operations Lead for the Joint Reconstruction Supply Chain within DePuy Synthes. The role is accountable for:
Process Engineering & Asset Reliability & Performance at each of the Joint Reconstruction sites (along with providing technical support to external partners as needed)
NPI and Lifecycle Engineering Project delivery in line with established standards;
Manufacturing Innovation
Launch Management for the New Product Portfolio
Lifecycle management of the existing product portfolio
Labelling Development
The Technical Operations Lead will be responsible for the following key areas:
1. Ensure Quality Environmental Health Safety and Compliance so we can reliably serve our customers employees communities and shareholders.
a. Shape Proactive Quality Safety & Sustainability - Anticipate and remain ahead of emerging Quality Safety & sustainability trends.
b. Sustainability Shape and advance DPS technical sustainability strategy.
2. Improve E2E Supply Reliability & Agility - Reduce risk and improve supply reliability. Deliver a robust technical supply chain. Positive trend inProcess Reliability & Performance. Scaling capacity in support of growth BCP and supply chain resilience.
3. Define Our Next Frontier of Innovation
a. Deliver innovative new products and solutions to market with sustainable supply quality and profitability by design. Translating new products into the supply chain across including process research process development design for manufacture launch planning and execution and ultimately supply to the customer
b. Innovating critical manufacturing technologies to enable advanced product design and material science. Deliver technology capable of supporting a complex NPI pipeline with better reliability and improved productivity.
c. Shape Disruptive & Differentiated Innovation Deliver differentiated mfg technology digitalization and innovation anticipate and shape industry and market changes to advance health care globally
d. Additive Mfg - Build and scale a resilient and agile additive mfg network with capabilities and capacity to meet strategic horizon
4. Architect Our Financial Health
a. Drive growth and deliver enhanced value via a robust and holistic GP approach enabled by e2e focus and collaboration
b. Develop & deliver the Technical Operations Abs CNIS & Capital budgets in line with the business planning cycle.
c. Set the Technical Operations metrics aligned with Supply Chain Value Stream and Manufactruing site targets
d. Develop strategies to drive efficiency and value creation across the Joints Supply Chain network in conjunction with key partners.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
128000.00 - 219995.00Benefits:
In addition to base pay we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location where the actual amount is based on the employees and companies performance of the previous calendar year or sales commissions.
