Reporting to the IT Team Leader the post holder will work collaboratively with the Group IT Team and be responsible for the management administration and support of all IT systems and applications across the Bon Secours Health System to ensure optimum service delivery.

Essential Requirements
Foundation IT qualification with relevant technical certifications
35 years experience in a Systems Administrator or similar IT support role
Desirable Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
Industry certifications such as MCSE CCNA CISSP or equivalent
Experience with:
Avaya IP Telephony (IPT)
VOIP administration
ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks
Clinical Information Systems including Radiology Information Systems (RIS)
Network administration and support within complex environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Windows Server environments
Active Directory & Microsoft 365 administration
Citrix administration
Virtualisation technologies
LAN/WAN and wireless networks
Information Security practices
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
