Job Summary
Overview
Standards manager provides operational and project management support to in the day to day standards activities/processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in standards related work in particular ISO 9001 ISO 27001 and GAMP5 in the area of software development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to develop and maintain work processes.
- Self-starter with ability to prioritise and execute projects by defined deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in administration of QMS systems.
- Experience in administration of JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with international type approvals is a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams including product management project management development quality assurance and customer support to establish work practices and procedures that align with industry standards and corporate policies.
- In collaboration with process owners draft written policies and procedures related to key business processes and ensure they are properly communicated.
- Perform internal audits and process reviews to determine whether established procedures are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the external audit programme to ensure that all nonconformities raised during audits are analysed effectively corrected and independently verified.
- Coordinate international type approvals for telematics devices.
- Maintain document control of all relevant policies procedures and records.
- Manage an internal system of nonconformities and corrective actions.
- Support customers dealers and other personnel in standard related queries.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
