Bring energy knowledge innovation to carry out the following:
- Lead and develop the Stability teamthrough effective selection coaching performance management and retention activities. You will help foster a high-performing inclusive culture that supports personal growth and development.
- Manage the Stability budgetand ensure financial compliance across the team while building financial awareness and accountability among team members.
- Oversee stability activities ensuring robust capacity plans are in place for resourcing and chamber management.
- Lead stability-related investigations ensuring all regulatory requirements notifications and timelines are met.
- Drive compliancewith company policies procedures guidelines and all relevant regulatory requirements. You will ensure all Stability activities are conducted safely accurately and in line with current internal and external standards.
- Support effective stakeholder communicationto ensure quality objectives are achieved using operational excellence tools such as daily management and leader standard work.
- Monitor metrics and schedule deliverywithin the Stability Program Management team to support site Hoshin objectives.
- Provide resources and development opportunitiesto support the technical and professional growth of the team while developing and maintaining effective training programs.
- Ensure strong customer focus working closely with internal stakeholders and external laboratories to ensure testing requirements are met and timelines are achieved.
- Play a key role in the Lab Transformation programme helping to optimise standardise and digitise business processes within the Stability team.
- Champion continuous improvement driving lean initiatives such as standardised work digitisation and knowledge management.
What Skill You Will Bring to the Team
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science
- You bring 5 years of experience in the pharma industry.
- People management experience
- Stability program Experience
Our facility in Carlow site broke ground in 2008 and is a filling site for the launch and commercial supply of vaccines biologics and small molecule drug its initial launch the site has attracted significant internal investment and is now home to a number of state-of-the-art production facilities laboratories and temperature-controlled warehousing units. The Carlow site is a significant employer in the South East region and attracts high performing talent through close collaborations with universities and colleges in the region
