Join our team and be the driving force behind the success of our Stability team. As aQuality Manager your energy knowledge innovation and leadership will play a key role in delivering high standards of quality compliance and operational excellence.

Bring energy knowledge innovation to carry out the following:

• Lead and develop the Stability teamthrough effective selection coaching performance management and retention activities. You will help foster a high-performing inclusive culture that supports personal growth and development.
• Manage the Stability budgetand ensure financial compliance across the team while building financial awareness and accountability among team members.
• Oversee stability activities ensuring robust capacity plans are in place for resourcing and chamber management.
• Lead stability-related investigations ensuring all regulatory requirements notifications and timelines are met.
• Drive compliancewith company policies procedures guidelines and all relevant regulatory requirements. You will ensure all Stability activities are conducted safely accurately and in line with current internal and external standards.
• Support effective stakeholder communicationto ensure quality objectives are achieved using operational excellence tools such as daily management and leader standard work.
• Monitor metrics and schedule deliverywithin the Stability Program Management team to support site Hoshin objectives.
• Provide resources and development opportunitiesto support the technical and professional growth of the team while developing and maintaining effective training programs.
• Ensure strong customer focus working closely with internal stakeholders and external laboratories to ensure testing requirements are met and timelines are achieved.
• Play a key role in the Lab Transformation programme helping to optimise standardise and digitise business processes within the Stability team.
• Champion continuous improvement driving lean initiatives such as standardised work digitisation and knowledge management.

What Skill You Will Bring to the Team

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science
• You bring 5 years of experience in the pharma industry.
• People management experience
• Stability program Experience

Our facility in Carlow site broke ground in 2008 and is a filling site for the launch and commercial supply of vaccines biologics and small molecule drug its initial launch the site has attracted significant internal investment and is now home to a number of state-of-the-art production facilities laboratories and temperature-controlled warehousing units. The Carlow site is a significant employer in the South East region and attracts high performing talent through close collaborations with universities and colleges in the region
