Senior UIUX Designer

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for prototypes and applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes mock-ups and design systems to support product development.
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design across platforms (Web Mobile Desktop).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional code.
• Improve user experiences across platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document design decisions based on business requirements.
• Support internal staff through knowledge transfer sessions.
• Continuously improve user interfaces with a focus on simplicity usability and design clarity.

Qualifications :

Essential

• 6 years experience in the applications development lifecycle
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or similar
• An online portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• Experience with HTML5 CSS/SaSS and template engines
• Familiarity with client-side and server-side JavaScript
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
• Effective communication in English both oral and written

Desirable

• Experience working with AI tools to support the design process
• Experience creating front-end code and collaborating with development teams
