Senior Programme Manager GTM Readiness AI Security
We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager GTM Readiness to join our growing AI Security team. This is a commercially focused role tasked with building the readiness infrastructure that will drive fast ramp of new GTM hires and enable them to explicitly connect product capabilities to customer commercial outcomes. The position provides a unique opportunity to design and own the commercial readiness programme from the ground up in an emerging category.
The role will own the acceleration of onboarding and ramp development of the AI Security teams commercial fluency codifying of sales motion and interlock with the broader F5 ecosystem. Success requires strong analytical and written communication skills genuine curiosity about AI and cybersecurity and the ability to earn credibility with a commercial team through insight and rigour.
Accelerate onboarding and ramp
- Build a structured onboarding curriculum that accelerates time-to-productivity for GTM hires in the AI Security team
- Define ramp (pipeline contribution milestone first closed deal ability to run a solo POC conversation) to anchor the programme create feedback loops and demonstrate ROI
Develop GTM teams multi-discipline fluency
- Equip GTM hires with working fluency across AI cybersecurity FinServ and the AI Security selling motion
- Ensure GTM team has the appropriate fluency in market context (regulatory competitive) to speak to buyer needs
Codify AI Security sales motion
- Build explicit playbook around an outbound-driven nascent sales motion to include ICP definition discovery frameworks competitive and objection fluency
Drive interlock with broader team
- Ensure the GTM team has the positioning language and handoff protocols to capitalise on emergent wider use cases that span the F5 ecosystem
- Interlock with central Enablement function to ensure broader F5 sellers are equipped to have commercial conversations around AI Security
- Bridge the gap between Product Marketing Sales and Customer success to ensure seamless flow of signal and shared accountability for ramp and commercial outcomes
Required skills and experience
- Experience in a revenue or GTM operations role with direct exposure to pipeline data funnel analytics and driving cross-functional commercial alignment
- Demonstrated ability to architect frameworks and translate data into actionable commercial decisions for GTM leadership and C-suite audiences
- Strong interpersonal and written communication. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate with high levels of autonomy and judgment calls in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Experience designing or owning a structured commercial programme
- Proven ability to bridge gaps and operate across Sales Marketing and Product functions
- Genuine curiosity about AI and cybersecurity and ability to develop deep expertise in non-trivial subject matter
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with FinServ risk compliance and vendor governance frameworks is a meaningful advantage given buyer profile
- Experience with KPI governance and GTM health metric frameworks (conversion rates ramp velocity funnel friction identification)
- Exposure to a nascent or category-creating sales motion as distinct from a renewal or expansion-led business
