Senior Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade low-code solutions for public sector clients in Ireland. You will play a key role in driving adoption of Microsoft Power Platform technologies while contributing to high-quality customer-focused delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Power Automate Power Pages Power Virtual Agents) aligned to best practices
• Work closely with clients stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
• Configure and optimise Microsoft Dataverse models and integrations
• Ensure high standards of quality governance and delivery
• Contribute to Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
• Support adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform

Qualifications :

Essential:

• 5 years experience delivering Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Power Automate Power Pages Power Virtual Agents)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse data modelling and integrations 
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

• Experience with Dynamics 365
• Experience using Power Apps Test Studio or similar testing tools
• Experience with SQL SharePoint or other data sources
• Experience developing Microsoft Teams apps
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Teams Forms)
• Power BI experience
• Experience integrating APIs or third-party systems
• Experience with Azure PaaS / Integration Services
• Development experience (.NET C# TypeScript SQL Server)
• UX design exposure
• Power Platform certifications (PL-900 PL-100 PL-200 PL-400 PL-500)

Non-Technical Skills:

• Strong problem-solving ability
• Collaborative team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
