The Professional Cork supports daytoday business and operational activities at theRingaskiddysite contributing to effective execution of processes programs and initiatives aligned with DePuy Synthes businessobjectives. This role partners with crossfunctional teams to ensure work is delivered accurately efficiently and in compliance with company standards. The position offers broad exposure to site operations within a global MedTech organization and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on operational performance and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution ofcore business or functional processesaligned with site and organizational priorities.
Provide operational and administrative support to assigned teams or functions.
Maintainaccuratedocumentation records and data in line with defined procedures and controls.
Coordinate activities communications and deliverables across crossfunctional stakeholders.
Assistwith reporting metrics and tracking to support performance monitoring and decisionmaking.
Ensure workcomplies withapplicablequality regulatory and safety requirements.
Identifyopportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and sitelevel projects as needed.
Where required to be managed locally:
Document handling: Print stamp/seal mail/ship distribute and route documents for wet signatures.
Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.
Compliance/admin: Upload/submitfilings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degreeinBusiness Administration Operations Engineering Life Sciences ora relatedfield.
Masters degree preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Typically4-6years of relevant professional experiencein a business operations or functional support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and ability to deliveraccurate highquality work.
ProficiencyinMicrosoft Officetools and standard business systems.
Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional teambased environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience working in aregulated industrysuch as MedTech Pharma or Manufacturing.
Familiarity with sitebased or operational environments.
Experience supporting continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
Experience working in aglobal or matrixed organization.
Other:
Language:Fluent English.
Travel:Minimal travelexpected.
Certifications: Rolerelevant professional certifications preferred but not.
