The Role:
Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to drawdown
Advise clients on suitable mortgage products across a panel of lenders
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to
Gather and assess financial information and supporting documentation
Work closely with lenders solicitors and other third parties throughout the process
Deliver a high standard of customer service and client communication
Identify opportunities to support clients with wider financial planning needs
The Person:
QFA APA or relevant financial services qualification preferred
Previous experience working as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Consultant
Strong understanding of the Irish mortgage market and lending process
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Client-focused approach with a commercial mindset
