Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and commercially focused Group Operations / General Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing Irish hospitality group.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving operational excellence team performance guest experience and commercial results across multiple locations.

You will work closely with Directors and senior leadership teams playing a key role in shaping the continued growth and success of the business while ensuring exceptional standards across all properties.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple hotel properties.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading operational performance across several hospitality sites
  • Driving financial performance budgets and profitability targets
  • Supporting and developing senior management and departmental leadership teams
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards
  • Monitoring KPIs labour controls staffing levels and operational efficiencies
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety HACCP HR and operational standards
  • Working closely with central support teams including HR Finance Sales and Marketing
  • Supporting talent development succession planning and recruitment strategies
  • Maintaining consistency in standards presentation and culture across all locations

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven senior leadership experience within hotels or hospitality operations
  • Previous multi-site management experience
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • The ability to motivate coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • A hands-on leadership style combined with strategic thinking
  • Experience driving operational standards and business improvement initiatives
  • A full clean driving licence is desirable
