Electrical Workshop Manager - Sligo

Are you an experienced electrical professional ready to lead a busy workshop team delivering high-quality control panels and automation systems

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician supervisor or team leadlooking to transition away from regular site work into a stable MondayFriday workshop-based leadership role. Ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams while remaining hands-on with the technical side of electrical panel building testing and automation projects.

In this role youll oversee the day-to-day operations of the electrical workshop leading a team of electricians and panel builders to ensure projects are delivered safely efficiently and on schedule. Youll coordinate production deadlines manage procurement and workshop materials maintain quality standards support testing and commissioning activities and help promote a strong health & safety culture across the workshop.

Who Were Looking For

  • Preferably a background in electrical panel building industrial electrical work or automation
  • Previous experience leading or supervising electricians or workshop teams
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
  • Experience managing production schedules and workshop deadlines
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of testing procedures and electrical safety standards
  • Experience within manufacturing automation or industrial environments is highly desirable
