As we continue to grow were looking for talented people to join our Sales Development team. Youll engage with senior decision-makers including CHROs CIOs and Internal Communications leaders at some of the worlds leading organisations creating opportunities that drive our continued success.

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin with three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through professional outreach across phone email LinkedIn and other channels.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and uncover new business opportunities.
- Research prospective customers and conduct discovery conversations to understand their challenges and business priorities.
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
- Represent the Workvivo brand with professionalism energy and curiosity.
- Develop your sales skills through our structured SDR Academy combining onboarding coaching certification and continuous learning.
What were looking for
- Have experience in a customer-facing role where youve built strong relationships and delivered great customer experiences.
- Be an excellent communicator who is confident speaking with new people every day.
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging prospective customers through phone email LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
- Hardworking resilient and motivated by achieving ambitious goals with a genuine desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Someone who is curious coachable and adaptable with the confidence to embrace feedback and quickly learn new technologies and sales tools.
- Be eager to build a successful long-term career in technology sales.
