Position Summary
The Front-end Developer III will play a key role in building and scaling theCencoraDesign System which powers consistent accessible digital experiences across enterprise platforms and this roleyoulldevelop reusable components contribute to scalable front-end architecture and partner closely withcross-functionalteams to improve quality consistency and development efficiency at scale.
This role is ideal for a front-enddeveloperwho is passionate aboutbuilding shared systems that enable teams to move faster and deliver better user experiences.

Componentdevelopment:Build andmaintainreusable accessible UI components and patterns using modern front-end technologies.
Componentarchitecture:Implement scalablecomponentarchitecture theming strategies and design token systems.
Cross-functionalcollaboration:Partner with designers engineers and product teams to supporttheadoption of theCencoraDesign System and deliver scalable front-end solutions.
Accessibility andquality:Ensure components align with accessibility standards usability best practices and enterprise quality expectations.
Documentation andtooling:Contribute to Storybook documentationcomponentexamples testing and front-end development workflows.
Performanceoptimization:Improvecomponentperformance scalability and developer experience across applications

Basic qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science web development a related field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of professional front-end development experience.
Experience building reusable UI components or contributing to a design system.
Experience building accessible front-end web experiences.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Web Components Reactand related libraries or frameworks.
Experience with Storybook andcomponentdocumentation practices.
Experience with CI/CD workflows automated testing and modern front-end tooling.
Strong understanding of scalablecomponentarchitecture theming and reusable UI patterns.
Strong communicationand collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
