Technology developer polymer solutions

 In your role as process development engineer you are responsible to enhance develop and industrialize manufacturing processes.

 Your role as R&D function has a strong interaction to technology and material development.

 At the same time you handle the interfaces to central machine technology engineering central quality and the plants to industrialize processes of Bosch products.

 You will become the responsible technology developer in Chemical technologies supporting product development production and industrialization as technology developer problem solver or project member.

 You will be shaping and implementing machine requirements process specifications and global process rules to achieve improved tire performances and production quality.

 For the evaluation of these characteristics you will perform statistical analysis of production parameters and lead/execute processing trials.

 We also count on your willingness to travel in specific cases to suppliers or to other plants.

Qualifications :

 MSc / BSc / PhD in an Engineering area or Material Sciences.

 Professional experience in technology development or R&D field experience in polymer technologies or manufacturing technologies is an advantage.

 Problem solving skills.

 Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy.

 Good communication and interaction skill.

 Capability to work in international teams.

 Data processing and statistical skills and Office tools.

 English and or German language skills (written and spoken).
