Make an impact
- Provide technical support via email and telephone to customers regarding the use and troubleshooting of KUKA Robotics products
- Send technical documentation to customers as needed
- Enter and maintain data in the ticketing system (Salesforce)
- Manage customer complaints effectively and professionally
- Stay up to date and familiarize yourself with new KUKA technologies and products to ensure high-quality support
- Questioning processes and defining requirements for tomorrows support.
What you need to succeed
- Completed training/studies as a technician/engineer or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in your training occupation
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English languages
- Strong service and customer focus as well as excellent communication skills ideally with previous experience in customer support
- Structured independent and flexible way of working
- Intercultural social skills
- Ideally already very familiar with the KUKA technologies.
