Roles and Responsibilities:

• ManagingRequest for Quotation (RFQ)processes and supporting follow-up activities ofPurchase Orders (POs)

• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers for both RFQ and PO execution processes

• Defining and contributing to the regional sourcing and commodity strategy and executing projects in line with that strategy

• Sourcing and developing the regional supplier panelin collaboration with Quality

• Negotiating terms & conditions price lists andLong-Term Frame Agreements and implementing Supplier Review Management

• Performingtechnical reviews with suppliersprior to award decisions

• Ensuring all functional procurement processes arecompliant and effective

• Ensuring high levels ofsupplier performanceby managing safety quality delivery and cost while championing continuous improvement

• Leading and driving stakeholdersin the region for supplier improvement and development

• Identifying risks tosupply continuityand taking proactive measures to minimize impact on project schedules

• Utilizing the companysERP systemto effectively manage parts availability in alignment with scheduled demand

• Demonstratingproblem-solving skillsto identify root causes and prevent recurrence of supply-related issues

• Preparing and maintainingcommodity forecasts and backlog tracking

• Supportingtendering and product activities including price lists costing tools vendor list updates and specific RFQs as necessary

• Ensuring smoothsupplier payment activities

• Collaborating with Engineeringand other stakeholders to ensure Quality and On-Time Delivery

• Leading discussions with suppliers during execution in cases ofclaims or PO changes in coordination with Project Management

Required Qualifications:

• Education:High school diploma or equivalent

• Language:Fluency in English is required

• Experience:Significant hands-on experience inSourcing Commodity Management and/or Supply Chainwithin a fast-paced industrial or engineering environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate astrong track record in commodity management including supplier selection RFQ execution purchase order management and supplier performance oversight.

• Skills:Excellentnegotiationskills are essential complemented by strong time management coordination and organizational abilities. Must demonstrate rapid responsiveness the ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance and strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.

• Mobility: Ability to travel in the region up to 10% of the time

• Legal:Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.

Desired Characteristics:

• SolidMicrosoft Excel Smartsheet and other MS Office software skills

• Familiarity withMV-HV Energy / Hydro PowerBoP commodities

• Degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering Business or a related discipline from a reputable institution(Bachelors or Masters preferred)

• French or Germanlanguage skills are a plus

• Aptitude to work in aglobal environment and matrix organization

• Broad experience withMRP/ERP systems (SAP)

• Accomplishedrelationship-builder; energetic forward-thinking individual

• Excellentattention to detail; proactive and solution-oriented attitude

• Commercial awareness: payment terms warranty liquidated damages (LDs)

• Ability to effectivelypresent informationand respond to questions at all levels
