Your future tasks will be

We are continuously expanding our Customer Service Centre where within our Global Service Coordination function we are looking for motivated and reliable colleagues to help us provide product delivery services to internal and external customers.

As a Service Coordinator your main responsibility would be tracking and ensuring products are on the right track without any delay. We are looking for both junior professionals who would like to start (or continue) their career with us as well as experienced and senior colleagues.

  • BeingthemainpointofcontactbetweenEndusersandOnsiteEngineers.
  • UnderstandingandsupportingtheEnd-to-EndProductManagementLifecycle
  • UseofITServiceManagementtoolsincludingOrderManagementAssetDataHandlingAppointmentschedulingwithEndusers
  • QualitycheckandprocessingofincomingrequestsandincidentsviaticketingtoolsmailboxandphonebasedonpredefinedKnowledgeBasedocumentsandworkinstructions
  • Withindeliverykeepingtheagreedservicelevels
  • Maintainingandimprovingcustomersatisfactionprovidingaconsistentcustomerexperience
  • Monitoringallticketsandescalatingissuesinlinewithcompanyprocessestoensurecustomerdemandsaremet
  • Exceptionhandlingwithintheprocess(stuckprocess/changeprocess/proceduralchanges)


You are the ideal candidate if...

  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • You are an experienced senior colleague or someone at the beginning of your professional journey we welcome you to start (or continue) your career with us
  • You have 1-2 years of service desk / logistics / customer service and/or back-office experience and would like to use your learned skills on a different service area
  • You have already worked with small transition projects or process transfers with frequent changes to the ways of working
  • You are confident in your communication with internal and external customers
  • You would like to use your language capability as a base for your daily work
  • You are a quick learner and open to learn IT Service Delivery processes through various tools like IT Service Management Tools
  • You have working knowledge of Windows 10 and MS-Office applications (Word/Excel)
  • You have good interpersonal literacy and numeracy skills
  • You can work under supervision follow instructions and procedures as well as you are able to be independent
  • You can learn new tasks/areas quickly and willing to progress as well as to motivate others
  • You demonstrate an organized approach to work you can do structured work under pressure and are result-oriented
  • You like complex challenges (at times)
  • You are able to organize prioritize and being able to see the process from a higher level.
