About the Role
Join a leading international digital environment as a Spanish-speaking Customer Care Representative based in Athens.
In this role you will support users through multiple communication channels assisting them with inquiries troubleshooting issues and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
Support customers via phone email and chat
Assist users with inquiries account issues and general support
Provide high-quality customer service and problem resolution
Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
Work efficiently within a dynamic international team
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive user experience
Requirements
Spanish: C2 / Native level
English: B2 minimum
Strong communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to relocate to Athens Greece
EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Greece
Working Schedule
Full-time position (8h/day)
Rotational 8-hour shifts
Shifts communicated in advance
2 rotating days off per week
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: 1045.72 gross/month
Food allowance
Productivity bonus
Salary progression:
1100 after 12 months
1150 after 36 months
