What Youll Do
- Assist customers via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve productrelated inquiries troubleshooting issues and processing warranty claims
- Provide clear and accurate product information to help customers choose the right Dyson solution
- Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service and problem resolution
- Collaborate with the team to escalate complex cases when necessary
- Participate in training to enhance your skills and product knowledge
What Were Looking For
Spanish C2 (native or near-native)
English B2 (good communication)
Valid work authorization in the EU:
- EU Citizenship OR
- Full-purpose / Specific-purpose work permit card OR
- Certificate of Protection (refugee status)
Strong communication skills & customer-oriented mindset
Your Package
Salary: 1045/month
Performance Bonus: Up to 150/month
Relocation Support:
Flight ticket (within the EU)
2 weeks hotel accommodation
Airport pickup
Real Estate agency fee covered
Special Bonuses for Italian & Spanish new hires starting in June July or August:
