What Youll Do Provide professional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone email and chat Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a high level of satisfaction Build strong customer relationships through empathy professionalism and clear communication Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Escalate more complex cases when necessary to ensure timely resolution Work closely with your team and management to maintain service excellence Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas for improvement Follow company procedures and data protection regulations at all times What Were Looking For Fluent Italian in both written and spoken communication Good level of English (minimum B2) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude Comfortable using CRM systems software tools and troubleshooting technical issues Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team What We Offer Monthly salary: 1045.72 gross performance bonus Productivity bonus of up to 10% of gross salary depending on target achievement Salary increase to 1100.00 gross after 12 months of employment Salary increase to 1150.00 gross after 3 years of employment Work schedule: Monday to Friday Work hours: 09:0021:00 Work from home: Yes Training from home: Yes Fully paid training by certified instructors Additional Benefits Healthcare benefits and various discounts Free online Greek language courses Overtime and Greek holiday pay Access to a multicultural supportive and award-winning work environment Special events and community initiatives Relocation Package For candidates relocating to Greece we offer:
