About the Role
As a French-speaking Customer Support Representative you will support B2B clients with payment account and POS-related inquiries. You will act as the first point of contact helping businesses across Europe ensure smooth and secure payment operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls chats and emails from B2B customers
Assist with account verification transaction issues and POS troubleshooting
Guide clients on best practices for using payment systems efficiently
Escalate complex cases and follow up until resolution
Deliver a professional proactive and customer-focused experience

Requirements
French level C1/C2 and strong English level C1
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Basic technical troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer-oriented adaptable and empathetic mindset

Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 1100 gross/month 14 salaries (15400 annual gross)
Performance Bonus: Up to 150/month

Work Schedule
Rotational shifts MondaySunday
8-hour shifts 40 hours/week
24/7 operations including night and weekend shifts
