Job Summary

Velmar one of the largest retail companies in Greece and an official distributor and repairer of vehicles for 15 brands is expanding its operations and is seeking a Customer Support Agent in Marousi.

Main Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls
Assisting customers with inquiries and orders
Providing professional customer support
Managing appointments and customer requests
Coordinating with the sales and warehouse departments
Updating customer information in the system

Requirements:

University or Technical Institute degree (TEI/AEI)
Previous experience in customer service or call center will be considered a plus
Customer-centric approach
Excellent communication skills
Good computer knowledge
Professional attitude and team spirit
Organizational skills
