We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition to support our People & Culture team in attracting engaging and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full recruiting lifecycle within a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilites
Support the end-to-end recruiting process from job posting to contract preparation
Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate pre-checks
Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS
Support the definition documentation and continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows
Assist in mapping candidate journeys and standardizing hiring steps across departments
Bring in own ideas and actively contribute to HR initiatives and projects beyond Talent Acquisition
Support and independently carry out selected HR topics and initiatives depending on interest and experience
Your profile
Enrolled in a Bachelors (4th semester or higher) or Masters degree in Business Administration Human Resources Psychology or a comparable field
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
Motivation to support the full recruiting lifecycle and engage with candidates
Structured and detail-oriented working style especially when handling candidate data and documentation
Interest in process definition documentation and continuous improvement
Proactive mindset with the willingness to bring in own ideas
Ability to work independently on selected HR topics while collaborating closely with the team
Fluency in English and good German language skills
