- work hands-on in the shopfloor coordinating production activities with your team to ensure aircraft components and systems are built to the highest standards
- develop define and optimize manufacturing processes and methods balancing technical precision with economic efficiency
- create and maintain production plans standardized work instructions and configuration control documentation within our systems
- collaborate across departments from finance and management to suppliers customers and support functions ensuring accuracy alignment and smooth delivery in complex aerospace projects
- lead problem-solving initiatives conduct root cause analyses and drive improvement projects to enhance quality efficiency and reliability in aerospace manufacturing
Qualifications :
YOU...
- hold a university degree in aerospace engineering manufacturing engineering mechanical engineering or a related field
- bring knowledge of aircraft manufacturing maintenance processes or technical support experience with aerospace standards and regulations (EASA/FAA Part 21/145) is a plus
- are proficient with digital tools such as MS Office SAP (SP1) OPAL and Alinav; familiarity with PLM tools (CATIA V5 3DX Siemens NX) ERP/MRP systems and data analytics tools (Power BI Python/SQL basics) is highly valued
- Ideally possess skills in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma (SSBB/Green Belt) and continuous improvement methodologies
- demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities analytical thinking and communication skills for working across international teams and suppliers
- have excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g. French German Spanish) are an advantage in the global aerospace environment
