• Language Requirements: Ukrainian (C2) & English (B2)
• Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work-Permit

Key Responsibilities

• Review videos images text audio comments and user-generated content
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards
• Identify and remove content that violates guidelines
• Process appeals and moderation requests accurately
• Apply content classifications and labeling procedures
• Document moderation decisions and recurring trends
• Collaborate with policy compliance and legal teams when necessary
• Stay informed about policy updates and platform changes

Requirements

• Fluent Ukrainian language skills (C2)
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Comfortable working within structured guidelines and procedures
• Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
• Professional approach when reviewing sensitive content
• Previous experience in content moderation customer support trust & safety or social media environments is considered an advantage
