YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projectsfrom scoping to implementation and stabilizationwith a clear focus on impact
- You drive structured project planning execution and tracking ensuring clarity on priorities timelines and ownership across all stakeholders
- You align Business Tech and HQ stakeholders proactively managing dependencies risks and trade-offs to keep projects on track
- You seamlessly integrate change management into project delivery ensuring solutions are not only delivered but fully adopted
- You translate change impacts into clear communication training and engagement plans across functions
- You monitor adoption closely and take action where needed driving course correction to ensure new ways of working are successfully embedded
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
- You bring several years of experience in project and change management ideally in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- You work in a structured and proactive way with a strong ability to connect and integrate different topics
- You communicate confidently and effectively in English (German is a plus) paired with a hands-on and proactive mindset
- You think in solutions and adapt flexibly to evolving project requirements
- You excel in stakeholder management and build strong trusted relationships across the organization
- You bring strong facilitation and moderation skills enabling you to guide discussions and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders
