Wolt officially launched in Germany in August 2020 as country number 23! Since starting in Berlin weve had the opportunity to work with many fantastic restaurants to deliver tens of thousands of meals to hungry customers. We are now very excited to share that we are expanding our operations even further! Because of this we are looking for energetic Field Sales Representatives to drive the acquisition of new restaurant partners for the Wolt platform.

What youll be doing

  • Develop your region: You will actively shape and grow your assigned territory to turn it into a true Wolt region.
  • Drive partnerships: Identify potential restaurant partners and close deals to achieve our growth targets.
  • Pipeline management: Independently organize your sales pipeline and build strong relationships with decision-makers and restaurant owners.
  • On-site representation: Conduct personal sales pitches to present Wolts services to restaurant managers and CEOs.
  • Mobility: Be ready to travel within your region (up to 300km per day) including occasional overnight stays.

Our humble expectations

  • Sales experience: You have several years of experience in sales or have demonstrated your talent through managing full sales cycles.
  • Communication skills: You possess strong persuasion and presentation skills allowing you to act confidently and convincingly.
  • Self-starter mindset: You are highly motivated goal-oriented and enjoy connecting with new people.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in both German and English.
  • Reliability: You are friendly empathetic and professional in your approach to potential partners.
