Senior Sales Manager (mfd)

Job Summary
As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will drive business growth by selling Experians data and solutions to the Enterprise Insurance Accounts in Germany while building long-term customer relationships. You will also coordinate the internal sales team represent the company at industry events and identify market trends to enhance our offerings.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling Experian data solutions and services in the core target group Insurance for Germany
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify new market opportunities and manage sales pipeline
- Coordinate the internal selling team (from consultants to senior management) around your own customers
- Represent our company at industry events in collaboration with other colleagues
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through excellent customer service and regular communication
- Serve as the internal first point of contact for identifying market trends customer needs and innovation potential for the further development of Experians solution
- Uphold and promote Experians core values in all interactions and activities.
Responsibility e.g. budget key deliverables:
- Modernization of existing customers to the latest data products
- Unlocking cross-selling potential (e.g. platform solutions cloud services)
- Expansion into a one-stop shop across risk pricing actuarial identity and fraud domains
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
- Several years of professional sales experience ideally in insurance industry
- Proven track record in sales and new customer acquisition
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Collaborative mindset: both in working with new clients and with internal stakeholders
- Understanding of complex data products and services
- Content expertise and own network in insurance industry (risk actuariat fraud)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Content expertise and own network in insurance industry (risk actuariat fraud)
- Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g. Miller Heiman Challenger SPIN)
- Experience in data and software-related sales (SaaS and Cloud solutions)
