For our Munich office we are looking for asenior sales engineer(f/m/d)in full time.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and advise on optimal cryogenic solutions including complex systems at an expert level
Ownthefullsalescyclefrominquiryandquotationthroughnegotiationand dealclosingwitha highdegreeofautonomy
Serveastheprimarycustomerinterfacethroughouttheorderlifecycleproactivelymanagingcommunicationfromorderprocessingtopost-deliveryfollow-up
Buildandstrategicallydeveloplong-term trust-basedcustomerrelationships
Representthecompanyat tradeshows on-sitemeetings andproductdemonstrationsengagingbothtechnicalexpertsanddecision-makers
Translatecustomerfeedbackmarkettrends andcompetitivesignalsintoactionablerecommendationsforproductmanagementengineering andleadership
MentorjuniorSales Engineers andsharebestpracticesacrossthesalesteam
Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies processes and tools

Requirements

A degree in physics quantum science & technology engineering or a related field (Mastersor PhD preferred)
An established professional networkin the quantum technology low-temperature physics or quantum hardware ecosystem
Track recordof managing complex sales cycles and closing deals end-to-end
Genuine passion forcutting-edgescience and the ability to speak credibly with researchers at the highest levels
Excellent communication skills(written and oral) inEnglishwith an ability tomake complex technology accessible and build trust quickly
Willingness to travel internationally (25 %)
Independent proactive and well-organized with a collaborative mindset and a high sense of responsibility
