Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team. You will work on modern web applications with a focus on JavaScript TypeScript and React while contributing to backend services and APIs.
Tasks
- Develop and maintain modern web applications with a focus on JavaScript TypeScript and React.
- Design implement and integrate backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
- Maintain and optimize existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Support the evolution and customization of WordPress websites (optional).
- Assist and support team members with IT issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript and React.
- Experience with backend technologies and frameworks (e.g. Bun).
- Solid knowledge of HTML CSS and modern web technologies.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge or experience with WordPress PHP AWS and container technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) is a plus but not required.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in German and English (spoken and written).
- Interest in core topics such as personal development and financial education.

Remote Work Policy
- Fixed quota for remote days per year: 46 days (approximately one remote day per week).
- No fixed remote or office days; team members decide how to use their days.
- A maximum of five consecutive remote days can be taken per month.
- Five of the 46 remote days may be used as a workation within the EU.
