About the job

The Inside Sales team is looking for aSenior Associate Inside Sales Account Representativeto help drive incremental revenue growth by selling SAS software services and solutions to current and prospective this role youll work independently and collaboratively with field sales teams to identify opportunities build pipeline and grow customer relationships within an assigned territory.

As a Senior Associate Inside Sales Account Representative you will:

  • Drive incremental revenue by managing and expanding a defined territory of current and prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales activities.

  • Qualify prioritize and manage sales opportunities building and maintaining a healthy pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

  • Collaborate closely with field sales marketing and internal partners to execute territory and account plans.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with multiplebuying stakeholdersto uncover software services and training needs.

  • Prepare standard quotes proposals and sales documentation working cross-functionally to support contract finalization and fulfillment.

  • Accurately forecast sales activity and update customer and opportunity information in internal CRM systems.

  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organizations secure software development goals.

Requiredqualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferablyinBusinessMarketingComputerScience orrelated field.

  • Minimum2years ofexperience insalesor telesales in an industry related environment.

  • 1-3years ofexperience ininside sales prospect development or customer-facing commercial experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect qualify opportunities and manage multiple sales engagements simultaneously.

  • Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and German including the ability to convey business and technical concepts by phone.

  • Experience using CRM tools and working with sales performance metrics.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented sales environment.

  • Equivalent combination of related education training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
