For our Sales Team we are looking for a
Sales Enablement and Operations Manager (m/f/x 40 hrs./week based in Berlin)
The Sales Enablement and Operations Manager will establish and drive a dedicated support function ensuring that Business Development and Admissions teams are supported through transparent data optimized CRM workflows and hands-on engagement.
This role plays a key part in professionalizing our commercial activities across both:
- B2C (individual applicants participants and PGD candidates)
- B2B (founders key accounts and corporate clients)
It covers a broad range of activities from business-development steering to project management from client and participant conversations to enrolment processing.
