Job Summary
Eskort is seeking three qualified and experienced Artisans to join the Maintenance team. We are seeking individuals with a passion for machinery strong technical skills and a proactive approach. The positions are based in Heidelberg Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Install repair and commission equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting
Qualification
- Trade tested Millwright/Electrician or Fitter
- 5-8 years experience as a Millwright/Electrician or Fitter
- Experience in a meat or pork processing environment.
- Knowledge of welding PLCs hydraulics pneumatics and electrical systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience in CNMMS
- Knowledge of boilers and air compressors
- Analytical skills
