Position: Expert Specialized Systems Engineer PHP / Fortran / Slang
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100200/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2040 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate technical tasks in PHP Fortran or Slang against professional standards.
- Review intricate code-level situations and provide precise structured assessments.
- Work in Docker environments interpreting programmatic and CI-style checks.
- Provide clear written rationales explaining expert judgments.
- Complete well-defined time-bounded tasks with explicit evaluation criteria.
- Stay flexible and available on weekends when needed to keep the project moving forward.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5 years of professional or research experience in PHP Fortran or Slang.
- Comfort with Linux/Docker-based repo environments and CI checks.
- Ability to articulate code correctness and idiomatic usage clearly in writing.
Preferred
- Experience in web-platform HPC/national-lab/academic or graphics-research and game-engine backgrounds.
