Flight Dispatcher (mfd)
Job Summary
We are a subsidiary of a world-leading provider of simulation and training technology for pilots and aircrew. We develop manufacture and support state-of-the-art training devices for flight and land simulation as well as networked simulation applications. Our approximately 500 employees in Germany work in internationally staffed teams and tackle exciting challenges on a daily basis.
To strengthen our team in Bremen Germany we are looking for a
Flight Dispatcher (m/f/d)
In this role the Flight Dispatcher will be responsible to:
- Ensure that the Flight Operations systems are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that flights are efficiently dispatched and that all company and regulatory checks are performed.
- Ensure the workplace remains safe at all times.
- Conduct daily aircraft inspections and inventory checks.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or college degree in job-related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in aviation planning scheduling or related operational and customer service focus environment.
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies and systems.
- Knowledge of commercial aviation and flight training concepts and principles.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to advise students on policies and procedures.
- Ability to use MS Office (Word Excel and Powerpoint).
- An appropriate qualification in aviation or training would be well regarded.
- Fluency in English good German knowledge would be an advantage.
