About the role:

As a CEO Office Associate youll take on strategic problems that dont yet have a home and turn them into tangible outcomes fast. From day one youll own complex cross-functional projects end-to-end stepping in wherever the business needs leverage most.

Areas of ownership:

• Special Projects & Strategic Programs: Own CEO-sponsored programs that cut across the org end-to-end. You identify something thats broken diagnose the problem build the plan drive execution across functions and own the outcome end-to-end.
• Internal Communications: Own the companys heartbeat. Run the monthly All-Hands end-to-end (format content narrative delivery) as well as other company-critical communication events turning leadership intent into messages that land.
• CEO Office Automations: You are constantly at the forefront of AI development & always aim to increase your own as well as the CEO Offices leverage. You help the team rethink how it works every single week.

Who you are:

• Experience: 3 years in a high-intensity environment (strategy consulting VC/PE or a high-growth startup) where youve owned outcomes not just tasks.
• Academic Excellence: Strong academic credentials or an equivalent track record of exceptional achievement.
• High IQ Low Ego: High emotional intelligence sound judgment and the humility to step in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
• Executive Presence: Strong communicator and storyteller who builds executive-grade decks documents and narratives that both convince and inspire. Youre comfortable interacting with senior internal & external stakeholders.
• Builder Mentality: You dont just strategize - you execute. You thrive in ambiguity make the call when theres no playbook and own the result.
• First-Principles Thinker: You dont inherit assumptions; you question why things exist before you rebuild them.
• AI-native: You leverage AI tools and automation to work more effectively. Experience with platforms such as n8n is a plus.
• Location:Able to work from our Berlin headquarters five days per week.
