- Fachlicher Lead Consultant für den Bereich SAP Customer Service
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der implementierten CS Lösung in unseren SAP Systemen (ECC 6.0 und S/4 HANA)
- Konzeption und Implementierung innovativer SAP-Lösungen (S/4 HANA Service)
- Prozessberatung & Implementierung: Beratung der Fachbereiche von der Anforderungsaufnahme über die technische Umsetzung bis zum Go-Live
- Durchführung des Customizings und Erstellung von Dokumentationen
- (Teil-)Projektleitung bei globalen Rollout Projekten und Improvements in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
- Konzeptionierung und Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung und beim Monitoring von Schnittstellen (SAP Salesforce iMAM Innosoft)
- Spezifikation von Entwicklungsanforderungen und Abstimmung mit unseren SAP Entwicklern
- Standortübergreifender Support
- Koordination und fachliche Führung unserer externen Partner
What you need to succeed
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung als SAP Berater mit sehr guten SAP ERP CS Kenntnissen und erforderliche Kenntnisse der angrenzenden Module (SD MM FI usw.)
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- S/4 HANA Service Kenntnisse wären wünschenswert
- Analytische Fähigkeiten strukturierte und methodische Vorgehensweise
- Teamfähigkeit Kooperationsbereitschaft und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft für gelegentliche internationale Reisetätigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
