Your background

Education & Experience:

• Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science ora relatedfield.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. CAIP advanced AI/ML certifications)highlyvalued.

• Commitment to ongoing education through workshops conferences and courses to stay updated with the latest AI advancements.

• Extensive 15 years of experience in roles related to business process management or program implementation ina manufacturingindustry.

Leadership & Influence:

• Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels fostering a collaborative environment to drive initiatives.

• Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes reduce resistance and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices.

Strategic & Technical Acumen:

• Deep understanding of data analytics AI/GenAI technologies machinelearningand analytics platforms.

• Strong analytical skills to tackle complex data and/or AI challenges.

• Awareness of ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.

• Able to bridge strategy governance and execution.
