Job Summary

  • Evaluate the effectiveness quality and impact of training programs across Safety Quality and Operations within the manufacturing environment.
  • Measure learning outcomes through pre- and post-training assessments competency validations and on-the-job observations.
  • Identify gaps between training objectives and actual workplace performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure all training programs align with operational safety and quality standards and requirements.
  • Track workforce competency certification status and skill validity to ensure production readiness.
  • Partner with Operations EHS Quality and HR teams to validate on-the-job competency and performance.
  • Support skill validation re-certification processes and cross-training initiatives.
  • Analyze performance trends and link root causes to training or competency gaps.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal standards and external audit requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training quality delivery methods and assessment approaches.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on workforce capability and operational performance.
  • Execute other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in HR Engineering Business or related discipline
  • 35 years experience in manufacturing training or L&D environment
  • Experience in competency-based training audits or assessments preferred
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience in FMCG/manufacturing environment preferred
  • Should have completed TOTs 1 & 11
